Stay up to date with the latest from Glen Eagles and the broader Raleigh Park community.
Heating to the estate swimming pools and spas has been switched off for the winter season. The pools at both the Racquet Club and Sherwood locations remain open for use, however the heating will not resume until after the October long weekend. Please plan accordingly if you are a regular swimmer during the cooler months.
The Community Association thanks residents for their cooperation in following the pet by-laws. A reminder that dogs must remain leashed throughout the estate at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets. Residents are also asked to keep cats contained within their own properties to prevent them entering neighbours' homes. This is particularly important due to allergy and anaphylaxis concerns raised by fellow residents.
New CCTV cameras have been installed across the estate with motion-triggered lighting at key entry points. Additionally, the tennis court access control system has been upgraded to a fob-based entry system. If you have not yet received your new fob, please contact the strata manager to arrange collection.
A reminder to all residents that garbage bins must be secure and hidden from view from outside the lot. Following a recent audit, many residents have moved bins to garages or installed screening — thank you. However, a number of bins remain visible from the street and common areas. Please take action to ensure your bins are stored out of sight to maintain the estate's presentation standards.
Following a recent incident at the Racquet Club pool which was investigated and concluded as accidental with no facility defects found, we wish to remind all residents that there is no lifeguard on duty at any estate pool. Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please ensure you are familiar with pool safety rules displayed at each facility.
The Glen Eagles Annual General Meeting for the 2024/25 financial year will be held in the coming months. Details including date, time, and agenda will be circulated to all lot owners via the strata manager. If you have any items you wish to be included on the agenda, please submit them in writing to the strata manager at your earliest convenience.
With the holiday season approaching, a few reminders for residents: please be mindful of noise levels during gatherings, ensure visitors use designated parking, and note that any deliveries of large items should be coordinated to avoid peak lift usage times. Wishing all Glen Eagles residents a safe and happy holiday season.
Routine lift maintenance has been scheduled for the building lifts. During maintenance periods, one lift will remain operational at all times to minimise disruption. Residents with mobility requirements who may need assistance during single-lift operation are encouraged to contact the building manager in advance. Notices will be posted in the lobby prior to each maintenance session.
